Exciting news! We have added a new infrared toast in our Profile Series - the Impression barrel.

Our current infrared toasted barrels - Aroma, Reflection and Dimension - are popular with winemakers and we wanted to continue the series by launching a barrel focused on medium impact and balance.

At the end of two years of trials, we selected the Impression toast as the next infrared barrel. Utilizing only long infrared wavelengths, the Impression barrel imparts subtle oak character and allows the fruit to take center stage in the final organoleptic profile of the wine. It also boasts a broad mouthfeel, fresh fruit and light notes of vanilla on the palate.

We are launching the Impression barrel at the 2020 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium Trade Show, February 5-6 at Cal Expo in Sacramento, California. We will exhibit at booth P1900 in the Pavilion with the Impression barrel on display. If you're attending the show stop by and discuss this new barrel with one of our Account Managers.
